"The process of untying the knot can seem overwhelming, my goal is to help you navigate the experience with knowledge, organization, and grace. As your thinking partner in this journey we tackle understanding your current situation, what the options to consider mean to you, and looking forward to your next chapter."
Jessica spent most of her banking career helping clients preserve, grow, and pass on their wealth. During this time, Jessica noticed the need to help women better understand their financial picture, particularly at different stages of life.
She started Brainstormingwomen, to put her experience, education, skills, and aspirations to work toward helping clients create a more proactive relationship with their money. She started helping clients build a budget, organize their finances, and put a plan together for long term success.
As a result of her personal experience with it, she saw opportunity to help individuals going through divorce to make fact-based, fair minded decisions in a less emotional manner. This lead her to become a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst.
With this training, Jessica brings her expertise by addressing clients' specific financial and familial concerns, to help determine an informed and fair-minded settlement. Where she previously helped clients grow their wealth, she now focuses on helping them divide it.
Most recently she has started training to become a Certified Divorce Coach to help her clients to define and refine their goals, reduce stress associated with divorce, and help them through the ups and downs that are often part of the process.
She splits her time between Charlotte and Raleigh, and serves clients throughout the U.S.
