"The process of untying the knot has many moving parts which can seem overwhelming, my goal is to help you navigate the experience through preparation, knowledge and thinking of your future as well. Jessica brings a long and varied career in banking, during this time, Jessica noticed the need to help women of all ages and backgrounds better understand their financial picture, particularly at different stages of life.
She left banking in 2015 and started Brainstormingwomen, to put her experience, education, skills, and aspirations to work helping clients create a more proactive relationship with their money; to find their voice, and learn the language of money. The business was started for helping clients build a budget, organize their finances, and put a plan together for long term success and then took a turn into a specialization.
As a result of her personal experience, she saw opportunity to help individuals going through divorce to make fact-based, fair minded decisions in a less emotional manner, with a keen eye on what those decisions may mean in the future. This lead her to become a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. With this training, Jessica brings her expertise by addressing clients' specific financial and familial concerns, to help determine an informed and fair-minded settlement.
Becoming a Certified Divorce Coach meant she could also help clients reduce the overwhelm and stress associated with divorce, and help them through the ups and downs that are often part of the process; helping them to regain their footing.
