SOLAGREE® is a structured divorce resolution process for couples that is designed to reduce cost uncertainty, shorten timelines, and keep decisions focused on outcomes rather than conflict. SOLAGREE® is a flat-fee, out-of-court divorce process designed to help couples reach resolution without drawn-out litigation, unpredictable costs, or repeated court appearances. The SOLAGREE® process integrates defined professional roles:
- A neutral mediator to guide negotiations
- An arbitrator to resolve impasses efficiently, if needed
- A Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®) to provide objective financial analysis
This structure allows divorcing couples to move forward with predictability, accountability, and significantly less emotional and financial strain.
My Role as Your CDFA®
I serve on the SOLAGREE® CDFA® panel and am assigned matters as the CDFA® of record within this process. Within SOLAGREE®, my role is to:
- Work with both parties for up to 6 hours
- Organize financial information efficiently
- Identify areas of financial consensus and key decision points
- Prepare a written summary for the mediator
- Step out once the financial framework is established
